- Carriers and Methods: We typically use UPS, FedEx, or USPS for domestic shipments. International shipping may be available—contact us for a quote. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.

- Shipping Costs: You (the customer) are fully responsible for all costs to ship your items to us, including packaging materials, carrier fees, and any insurance.

Packaging Requirements: FedEx, UPS, and other carriers handle packages aggressively during sorting, loading, and transit. To prevent damage:
- Package each item individually with adequate protective materials (e.g., foam, bubble wrap, rigid inserts, or custom crating for heavy/precision parts).
- Use sturdy, double-walled boxes or crates appropriate for the item's weight and fragility.
- Fill voids to prevent shifting.
- Clearly label packages with "FRAGILE" or "PRECISION PARTS" where applicable, though this does not guarantee careful handling.
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance from your carrier for the full declared value of your items.
- Risk of Damage: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during inbound transit, regardless of how well (or poorly) the item was packaged. Any pre-existing damage must be noted upon receipt, and we may require photos/documentation before proceeding with machining.
- Receiving and Inspection: Upon arrival, we will inspect your items and notify you of any visible damage or issues that could affect the machining process. Work will not proceed until any concerns are resolved.
3. General Terms
- International Shipments: For outbound international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges. We are not liable for delays, seizures, or additional costs imposed by customs authorities.
