Connecting rods are what hold your bottom end together once you start adding power. Here are the rods we can get for you, sorted by make and engine.

Subaru

EJ engines (EJ18 / EJ20 / EJ22 / EJ25)

  • Manley 14024-4 H-beam connecting rod set for Subaru Manley 14024-4: H-beam connecting rod set, 5.137 in. length, 3/8 in. ARP 2000 bolts. Fits WRX/STI EJ18, EJ20, EJ22 and EJ25.
  • Manley H Tuff connecting rod set, Subaru EJ: H Tuff connecting rod set, 23mm pin. Fits WRX and STI EJ20 / EJ25 (EJ205, EJ257). Length and bolt options: 5.137 in. length, 3/8 in. ARP 2000 bolts (15024-4); 5.137 in. length, 3/8 in. ARP 625+ bolts, H-Tuff Plus (15024R6-4); 5.216 in. length, 3/8 in. ARP 2000 bolts (15036-4); 5.216 in. length, 3/8 in. ARP 625+ bolts, H-Tuff Plus (15036R6-4).
  • Carrillo SCR4246-4 Pro-H connecting rods, Subaru EJ Carrillo Pro-H connecting rods, Subaru EJ: Pro-H connecting rods, set of 4, 130.5mm center-to-center, 23mm pin. Fits EJ18, EJ20, EJ22 and EJ257 (WRX STI), including the Saab 9-2X with these engines. Bolt options: 3/8 CARR bolts (SCR4246-4), 3/8 WMC bolts (SCR4245-4).

FA20

  • Carrillo SCR7632-4 Pro-H connecting rods, Subaru/Toyota FA20 Carrillo Pro-H connecting rods, Subaru/Toyota FA20: Pro-H connecting rods, set of 4, 129.29mm center-to-center, 22mm pin. Fits Subaru FA20 and Toyota 4U-GSE / FA20. Bolt options: 3/8 CARR bolts (SCR7632-4), 3/8 WMC bolts (SCR8482-4).

BMW

E36 M3

  • Carrillo SCR5161-6 Pro-H connecting rods with 3/8 CARR bolts for BMW Carrillo SCR5161-6: Pro-H connecting rods with 3/8 CARR bolts, set of 6, 142.3mm center-to-center, 21mm pin. Euro spec (S50B30 Euro): fits the BMW S50B30 (Euro) in the 1992–1995 E36 M3 sold outside the US. Not for the US-spec S50B30 or S52.

S52 / M52B32 / M54B30

  • Carrillo SCR5149-6 Pro-H connecting rods, BMW S52 / M52B32 / M54B30 / M20B25 Carrillo Pro-H connecting rods, BMW S52 / M52B32 / M54B30 / M20B25: Pro-H connecting rods, set of 6, 135mm center-to-center, 22mm pin. Fits BMW M52B32 (S52 US B32), M54B30 (S52 US B30) and M20B25. Bolt options: 3/8 CARR bolts (SCR5149-6), 3/8 WMC bolts (SCR5148-6).
