Porsche decreased displacement to 3.0 liters (from 3.8L & 3.4L) but was still able to produce 414 HP and 368 TQ with twin turbos. The IPD Plenums provide substantial performance gains with naturally aspirated engines, but our proven and patented design delivers even more impressive HP and TQ gains with turbo applications, like the 991.2 Carrera.

Like all IPD Plenums, the 991.2 Plenum is a product of efficiency that produces substantial HP and TQ gains through a superior and patented “Y” design that manages and delivers optimized air flow for enhanced engine performance and improved boost response. The Plenum has been proven to delivered substantial net performance gains across both power bands from launch to redline and is guaranteed to elevate the driving experience of any Carrera.

The efficiencies of the Plenum dramatically reduce initial turbo lag down low helping access the power and torque sooner, but the bulk of the power and torque gains begin at 4000 rpm, where it is needed and enjoy most. The HP and TQ gains continuing to grow and out-perform the factory air distributor as you climb through the revs with peak gains of 30+ wheel HP and 32+ wheel TQ are experienced in the 6000 RPM range.
991.2 Carrera, S, GTS 3.0L Turbo Engines.
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0647/6044/7153/files/3W8A8600_EDIT_14e23cba-4125-428e-b2a0-7964127ba9aa.jpg?v=1792705577
